This service is ideal for more advanced Internet users and small businesses with one or two computers who require a faster service as they download larger files such us multimedia and graphics.

We provide the highest quality bandwidth, and do not exceed the maximum BT contention ratio of 20:1 for business users and 50:1 for home users. We fully provision our Broadband ADSL service with the premium quality Bandwidth at all times (directly connected into the Internet Backbone via Tier One providers). We utilise caching servers on some of our services and other bandwidth management techniques to provide the highest quality service and the quickest response times for all our customers.

Before you order

There are some important things that you'll need to know which may affect your registration.

You will need a standard BT phone line.
You will need to be within 6 km aprox. of a Broadband ADSL enabled exchange (See Availability Checker).
Please ensure the address you give us exactly matches the address as it appears on your BT telephone bill. This will help speed up your Broadband ADSL order.
Some services on your BT phone line can affect whether you can receive Broadband ADSL. (See Restrictions)
Your computer must meet the minimum requirements.
Please note that BT will carry out a further test on your phone line before your order is processed, to make sure it can carry a broadband service. This means that it could take around 7-10 days.
