Safeguard your modem/router against damage caused by power surges and natural events such as lightning strike or flooding.
This cover does not cover any equipment not supplied by Webspeed, nor does this cover include failure of equipment due to normal wear and tear, deliberate misuse and abuse including but not limited to, accident, modification or adjustment, improper ventilation or installation, damages resulting from liquid, and use in other than the normal and customary manner, in accordance with the equipments instructions for use and maintenance of the equipment.
Webspeed will replace your modem/router with the same or equivalent equipment correctly configured so you can just plug it in and be back on line straight away.
Equipment to be returned under this cover will not be accepted without prior authorisation and a Return Number. Delivery costs and risk of loss of all return items shall be the Customer's responsibility. The replacement will be dispatched back to you at no charge.
